Another Great Band: ASKA
Posted: July 27, 2009 in Entertainment, Heavy Metal, MusicTags: aska, classic metal, dimebag darrell, iron maiden, metal, Music, pantera, texas
I’ve been a fan of these guys since I saw an ad for their album ‘Avenger’ in a metal magazine. If you’re looking for a good, old fashioned heavy metal band that harkens to the days of Iron Maiden and Manowar, ASKA is for you. Based in Texas, hopefully ASKA will be making a trip east to play the Big Apple very soon. To order their albums go on to iTunes or to their website Askaband.com or their myspace. Now for some live footage…
Off of “Avenger” here are the first track “Crown of Thorns”
