With Thanksgiving and the season of giving on the horizon, I wanted to spotlight a couple of causes I think are important.
The first is the “Katie Welling Memorial Run.” A two and a half mile run in honor of my friend that raises money for the Bronxville School Foundation. Click here for information on how to sign up or make a donation.

The second is “Leadership Initiatives” an NGO my friend created that empowers communities to “address their own needs through education, business development, and local micro-financing that is invested by the community’s middle-class” with recommendations USAID, the State Department, and the Embassy of Nigeria. They have been invited to take part in Chase Bank’s annual Community Giving and with your support can receive a grant of $25,00. Please vote for them here.
Thank you very much for any contribution you can make to these causes.
